When we lived in Napa Valley, we would go to Tomatinos, Michael Chiarello's pizza joint, just down the street from his famous Tra Vigne in St. Helena. In addition to wonderful pastas and salad, they served something called a piadini. Basically it's a thin pizza crust with a salad on top you fold in half and eat like a taco. I couldn't tell you how many of these I ate in those 18 months.
